Your booking details will be set out in a quote form detailing exactly
how much deposit to pay, and how much will be payable after the trial
has been carried out.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The
booking fee will be invoiced by e-mail or post and is payable by return,
by PayPal or cheque.
Trials will be carried out at an agreed date and time and if you are
completely happy with the trial, times and venues will be confirmed for
the wedding day.
The balance of the wedding fee is payable 21 days before the wedding day
and again will be invoiced via e-mail or post.
All email payments are taken via PayPal.
Beauty Bookings and Hen Party Bookings: can be booked by ringing
the free phone number below, and can be paid after the treatment has
been carried out in cash or cheque or payment method may be requested
via e-mail if desired. In the case of a large Hen Party Booking (10+
people) a deposit of 30% will be required to confirm the booking. We
have a minimum call-out fee of £20 for beauty treatments.

be requested via e-mail if desired.
Ordering Gift Vouchers & from the Organic Products
Range
Gift Vouchers can be ordered via the vouchers page. We will then get in
touch and take your order via credit or debit card or to arrange for
your to send us a cheque.
Organic Products
can be ordered via the contact us form and paid for
online or by cheque to the invoice address.
Ordering on line:
You can order directly from our website by adding the items
you require to your order then completing your address and payment
details. The payment details are taken on a secure server to ensure that
your details and credit card info are kept safe.
Carriage:
All Organic Product orders carry a carriage charge of £5.90 regardless
of the number of items ordered.
All Gift Voucher orders carry a p&p charge of £0.30
regardless of the amount ordered
How to pay:
When you order from our website your payment details are taken and
processed securely. However your full payment is required
with the order. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to Total

Dispatch of goods:
Every effort will be made to ensure that your goods are dispatched
within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
Returns:
Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 72
hours of receipt.
Total Image reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Terms and Conditions
Booking fees are completely non-refundable.
Cancellation of any wedding booking will be
charged at 50% of the wedding fee if cancelled after final payment
is received
If the wedding booking is not paid for in
full 21 days before the wedding, the booking will not be carried out
(unless in the event of extreme circumstances, i.e bereavement etc)
TOTAL IMAGE accepts absolutely no
responsibility for any reactions, pain or injury to any of the
treatments carried, and that any fee paid to Total Image for
treatments are completely non-refundable.
Treatments will NOT be carried out in the
event of Contra-Indications. Treatments may be carried out without
using contra-indicated products, subject to disclaimer being signed
by the client.
If you wish to make a complaint about any of
the services that Total Image has provided, you must do this is
writing within SEVEN DAYS of the service or treatment being carried
out.
