If you require an image profile please fill in the questionnaire below (all questionnaires are held in complete confidence), with an uploaded image of yourself, then press submit to send us your details.

After doing this you will be directed to the payment page for this service allowing you to pay online with your debit or credit card. Please pay the £48.50 fee by clicking on the payment button on that page. A postage charge of £1.50 will be added to the fee payable.

After we have received your payment we will send you back your very own personal image profile.

Part 1 - EYE COLOUR

Blue-clear transparent,
like a boiled sweet.
Blue/Grey (often an older eye)
Blue/Green - changes colour in different lights
Green-clear transparent, green, not cloudy
Bright Hazel - an orangey centre with grey brown outer
Dull Hazel - a muddy green/brown
Grey/Brown - often older eyes
Golden brown - a bright orangey brown eye
Dark Brown - an almost black eye

Part 2 - HAIR COLOUR

White - snowy hair with no traces of yellow at all
Silver Grey - a steely hair colour of white and dark
